What is New Member Recruitment?

Why Go Greek?

Whether you are just beginning your college experience at Transylvania or are a returning upperclassman, going through recruitment is a great experience. It's a fun time on campus during which many new friendships are made and the Greek community gets the opportunity to show off all that it has to offer.

Becoming a part of a Greek organization means gaining access to great opportunities for leadership, philanthropy and friendship. Some of its benefits include philanthropy and community service events, social activities, academic scholarships, a supportive home environment, a national network of sisters, close friendships, and also memories that last a lifetime! All sorority women on Transylvania's campus have diverse interests and backgrounds, but ultimately each share a rallying spirit, a foundation of mutual respect and lifelong sisterhood.

Tri Delta encourages all women to go through recruitment. Even if you think you don't want to join a sorority, it's an awesome chance to meet a wonderful group of students on campus and to learn about the different sororities at Transylvania.
