Tri Delta’s chosen philanthropy is Children’s Cancer Charities.  In conjunction with this effort, Tri Delta formed a partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in 1999.

In 2006, Tri Delta pledged to raise $10 million in 10 years for the Chili’s Care Facility Tri Delta Patient Care floor at St. Jude. This floor allows patients who have undergone bone marrow transplants a place to recover. This floor also has a Teen Room, Child Life playrooms and a Nintendo Wii in each room. In the summer of 2010, Tri Delta completed their goal of raising $10 million in 10 years 6 years ahead of schedule!



In July 2010, Tri Delta announced it would take on a new, more aggressive challenge - to raise $15 million in 5 years to name the Specialty Clinic located in the Patient Care Center at St Jude Children's Research Hospital. In 2014, St. Jude announced that Tri Delta had met thier goal of $15 million in 5 years, in only 3 and a half years!

In 2013, our very own chapter of Beta Zeta raised the 2nd most amount of money in our division for St. Jude which is a huge accomplishment. Also, for the past three years, the Beta Zeta chapter has raised the most amount of money for their philanthropy than any other fraternity or sorority on campus.

In 2014 Tri Delta committed to raising $60 Million in 10 years to name Tri Delta Place, the on campus short term housing facility complex at St Jude Childrens  Research Hopsital. This is the largest single commitment by a St Jude partner.
